Side One recorded live to air at The Stomach, Palmerston North on March 10, 2017. Recorded and mixed by Nigel Mauchline. Side Two recorded live at Isaac Theatre Royal, Christchurch on November 3, 2016. Recorded and mixed by Ben Edwards.

Joe Sampson sings and plays guitar on all songs. Ben Odering plays bass on all songs except 2, 4, 5 and 6 on side two, on which he plays acoustic guitar. Matt Scobie plays drums on side one. Olly Crawford-Ellis plays drums on side two. All songs written by Joe Sampson.
